How early do I need to book bachelorette decoration?
We recommend booking at least 2 to 3 days in advance so we can plan and arrange everything properly. For weekends and bigger setups, booking 4 to 5 days ahead is better. That said, we also take same-day and last-minute bookings — just reach out and we'll check what's available for your date and city.

• Our balloon expert will come to your home at your chosen slot, and set up the balloons as shown in the images.
• You'll need to provide a stool to reach the ceiling.
• We can decorate a hotel room if you gain permission from the hotel.• If case of a complaint, notice must be given within 2 hours of the delivery time of the experience.
• No rescheduling or cancellation is possible after the decoration has been attempted.
• Balloons & Foil you can keep with you. But Neon Lights, Metal Stands and other costly items used in decoration are on rental basis and taken back next day of the event.

Temperature matters: Heat expands balloons, and cold makes them shrink. Store them in a cool, dry place.
Normal Air Filled Balloons:
Longevity: Can last 2-7 days indoors but may shrink over time.
Avoid touching too much: Oils from hands can weaken balloons.
Outdoor Decorations:
Weather-sensitive: Sunlight, wind, and rain can cause balloons to deflate or burst.

The moment I walked in and saw those giant pink balloons floating around the neon 'Bride' sign, I couldn't hold it together. Every detail felt personal, magical, and so thought through. Best surprise of my life.
I was skeptical about the neon light add-on but it transformed the room into a dreamscape. The 'Bride To Be' sign glowed so beautifully against the balloon arch. My friend screamed with joy.
We pulled off the most seamless surprise. The team set up quietly while we kept the bride busy for 90 minutes. When she opened the door the gasp she let out was everything we had hoped for.

Nothing could have prepared me for walking in to find my favourite people surrounded by pink and gold balloons under the softest neon glow. The emotion hit me before I even processed what I was seeing.
Not a single person walked in without stopping at the entrance to take a photo. The balloon installation paired with the neon backdrop created a natural photo moment that guests were drawn to.
I coordinated the whole thing to the decoration team of 7 eventzz and still teared up when I saw the final result. Watching my daughter's face when she realised what we had done for her — that image will stay with me forever.
I have replayed the video of that moment a hundred times. She opens the door, sees the balloons and neon, looks at all of us, and just stands there silent for five seconds before dissolving into laughter and tears.
