Packages on 7eventzz start at ₹1,499. Most home birthday decoration setups fall between ₹1,499 and ₹5,000. Premium ring setups with LED name boards go up to ₹15,000. The price at booking is final.
Can I book same-day birthday decoration?
Yes, in most of our 90+ cities. Message us on WhatsApp with your city and slot and we will confirm availability. Weekend and midnight slots fill fastest.
Do you do midnight birthday surprise decoration?
Yes. Midnight setups are among our most booked slots. The team arrives before 12, works quietly, and finishes so the surprise stays intact.
How long does the birthday setup take?
Most home setups take 45 to 90 minutes. Larger themed and premium ring setups can take up to 2 hours.
Is professional balloon decoration better than DIY?
For most people, yes. DIY takes 2-3 hours of work and the result rarely photographs well. A professional finishes faster, arranges balloons with proper proportion and colour balance, and the package usually costs about the same as buying materials yourself.
Can you copy a decoration design from Instagram?
Usually yes. Send the screenshot on WhatsApp and we will confirm whether it works in your space and share the exact price before you book.
Which balloon decoration works best in a small room?
A single wall backdrop or ceiling balloons with hanging ribbons. Both need very little floor space and still make the room look fully decorated in photos.

• You'll need to provide a stool to reach the ceiling.
• We can decorate a hotel room if you gain permission from the hotel.• If case of a complaint, notice must be given within 2 hours of the delivery time of the experience.
• No rescheduling or cancellation is possible after the decoration has been attempted.
• Balloons & Foil you can keep with you. But Neon Lights, Metal Stands and other costly items used in decoration are on rental basis and taken back next day of the event.

General Care: Keep indoors: Balloons last longer in a controlled environment. Direct sun or wind can cause them to pop.
Avoid sharp objects: Keep balloons away from rough surfaces, nails, or pointed decorations.
Temperature matters: Heat expands balloons, and cold makes them shrink. Store them in a cool, dry place.
Normal Air Filled Balloons:
Longevity: Can last 2-7 days indoors but may shrink over time.
Avoid touching too much: Oils from hands can weaken balloons.
Outdoor Decorations:
Weather-sensitive: Sunlight, wind, and rain can cause balloons to deflate or burst.

My son is crazy about superheroes but for his birthday I convinced him to try a classic balloon arch theme. When he saw the finished balloon arch on the wall he forgot all about superheroes for a moment and just said wow. Hearing that from a 10 year old was the best feeling. The arch stayed firm for 24 hours.
I added the champagne foil balloon between the regular balloons and it looked incredible. It reflected the party lights and gave this golden glow to the whole room. My husband thought I spent a lot of money on decoration but this whole set was very affordable. Great value.
The balloons on the ceiling with ribbons hanging down created the most party type atmosphere I have ever had at home. The kids kept running under the ribbons and laughing. Adults were taking selfies underneath. It stayed up the whole party without a single balloon falling. I am so glad I tried this decoration.

Setting up the balloon arch was easier than I thought. The balloons were good quality and didn't pop during inflation. The arch on the wall became our main photo spot. We literally took over 200 photos in front of it. I am so glad I bought this.
My mother cried happy tears when she saw the Happy Birthday banner on the wall. It was her 60th birthday and the big shiny letters made her feel so special. The quality was great, it did not tear or fold badly. Definitely booking again for the next celebration.
The balloons on the wall and ceiling with hanging ribbons looked like we stepped into a fairy tale. The ribbons dangled so prettily and every time someone moved, they swayed gently. My son was so happy, he kept pointing at the ceiling all evening.
