He got down on one knee right as the last candle flickered between us. I didn't even see the ring at first — I was crying too hard looking at how beautiful everything was. The rose petals on the table, the fairy lights above... I'll remember this forever.
I've never seen anything quite like the decoration here. Each table sits inside its own candle circle, like a little island of warmth. The centrepiece of red roses was so fresh it still had dew on the petals when we arrived. Breathtaking
Our table was enclosed by a low hedge of white roses specifically grown for this setting. The tall pillar candles created a warm cocoon of light. It felt like we were the only two people in the world.
