What kids birthday party activities does 7eventzz offer?
We have 13 activities — magic show, tattoo artist, face painting, game host, caricature artist, mascot, balloon shooting, balloon sculpture artist, pottery making, cotton candy machine, popcorn machine, chocolate fountain, and nail art. You can book any one of them or combine a few for the same party.
How many activities should I book for my child's birthday party?
That depends on how many kids are coming and how long the party runs. For a 2-hour party with 15 to 20 kids, two activities work well. For bigger parties or longer events, three works better. A common combination that works really well — one performance activity like a magic show, one hands-on activity like face painting, and one food activity like cotton candy or a popcorn machine.
Do the performers bring their own equipment?
es. Everyone we send — tattoo artists, face painters, magicians, mascots, food activity teams — brings everything they need. You don't have to arrange props, setup material, or anything else. Just give them the space and they handle the rest.
What age group are these activities best for?
Most activities work for kids between 3 and 14 years. Magic shows, face painting, balloon shooting, and cotton candy work across a wide age range. Pottery making and caricature art tend to land better with slightly older children. When you book, just mention the age group attending and we'll point you in the right direction.
Can I combine birthday activities with decoration from 7eventzz?
Yes, and plenty of parents do exactly that. You can book decoration and activities together in one order. Our team coordinates both so that everything — the setup and the performers — is ready before the first guest arrives.
How early should I book?
At least 3 to 4 days before the party is ideal. For weekends, or if you're booking multiple activities, 5 to 7 days ahead gives us enough time to confirm the right performers for your city and date. Last-minute bookings are possible too — just reach out and we'll tell you honestly what's available.
Are the performers comfortable working with very young children?
Yes. All our performers are experienced specifically with kids parties — not just general events. They know how to manage a room full of young children, keep energy levels in check, handle the shy ones and the overexcited ones, and make sure every child gets their moment without the activity becoming chaotic.

• Our balloon expert will come to your home at your chosen slot, and set up the balloons as shown in the images.
• You'll need to provide a stool to reach the ceiling.
• We can decorate a hotel room if you gain permission from the hotel.• If case of a complaint, notice must be given within 2 hours of the delivery time of the experience.
• No rescheduling or cancellation is possible after the decoration has been attempted.
• Balloons & Foil you can keep with you. But Neon Lights, Metal Stands and other costly items used in decoration are on rental basis and taken back next day of the event.

General Care: Keep indoors: Balloons last longer in a controlled environment. Direct sun or wind can cause them to pop.
Avoid sharp objects: Keep balloons away from rough surfaces, nails, or pointed decorations.
Temperature matters: Heat expands balloons, and cold makes them shrink. Store them in a cool, dry place.
Normal Air Filled Balloons:
Longevity: Can last 2-7 days indoors but may shrink over time.
Avoid touching too much: Oils from hands can weaken balloons.
Outdoor Decorations:
Weather-sensitive: Sunlight, wind, and rain can cause balloons to deflate or burst.
Best for short events: Outdoor setups are ideal for events lasting a few hours.
