How much does birthday decoration at home cost in India?
Packages on 7eventzz start at ₹1,499. Most home birthday decoration setups fall between ₹1,499 and ₹5,000. Premium ring setups with LED name boards go up to ₹15,000. The price at booking is final.
Can I book same-day birthday decoration?
Yes, in most of our 90+ cities. Message us on WhatsApp with your city and slot and we will confirm availability. Weekend and midnight slots fill fastest.
Do you do midnight birthday surprise decoration?
Yes. Midnight setups are among our most booked slots. The team arrives before 12, works quietly, and finishes so the surprise stays intact.
How long does the birthday setup take?
Most home setups take 45 to 90 minutes. Larger themed and premium ring setups can take up to 2 hours.
Is professional balloon decoration better than DIY?
For most people, yes. DIY takes 2-3 hours of work and the result rarely photographs well. A professional finishes faster, arranges balloons with proper proportion and colour balance, and the package usually costs about the same as buying materials yourself.
Can you copy a decoration design from Instagram?
Usually yes. Send the screenshot on WhatsApp and we will confirm whether it works in your space and share the exact price before you book.
Which balloon decoration works best in a small room?
A single wall backdrop or ceiling balloons with hanging ribbons. Both need very little floor space and still make the room look fully decorated in photos.

• Our balloon expert will come to your home at your chosen slot, and set up the balloons as shown in the images.
• You'll need to provide a stool to reach the ceiling.
• We can decorate a hotel room if you gain permission from the hotel.• If case of a complaint, notice must be given within 2 hours of the delivery time of the experience.
• No rescheduling or cancellation is possible after the decoration has been attempted.
• Balloons & Foil you can keep with you. But Neon Lights, Metal Stands and other costly items used in decoration are on rental basis and taken back next day of the event.

General Care: Keep indoors: Balloons last longer in a controlled environment. Direct sun or wind can cause them to pop.
Avoid sharp objects: Keep balloons away from rough surfaces, nails, or pointed decorations.
Temperature matters: Heat expands balloons, and cold makes them shrink. Store them in a cool, dry place.
Normal Air Filled Balloons:
Longevity: Can last 2-7 days indoors but may shrink over time.
Avoid touching too much: Oils from hands can weaken balloons.
Outdoor Decorations:
Weather-sensitive: Sunlight, wind, and rain can cause balloons to deflate or burst.

The customized backdrop had my daughter's name printed so clearly and the pink colour was exactly as shown. Everyone at the party stopped to take photos in front of it. Totally worth every rupee.
The Happy Birthday neon sign was the star of the whole decoration. It glowed beautifully in photos and the kids kept standing next to it. It was bright but not too harsh on the eyes.
I was worried the backdrop would look cheap but it was actually very good quality. The personalized name was sharp and the pink colour was very pretty. Guests kept asking where I bought it from.

Putting up the balloons was a big job but the 7 eventzz decoration team finished it in 1 hours. The arch came out perfectly round and full. All the balloons were still inflated the next morning too.
The balloon arch made the entrance of our hall look like a fairy tale. We used the pink and white colour mix that came in the set and it looked stunning. So many compliments from guests.
The ribbon cutouts added so much colour and movement to the decoration. Every time someone walked past they swayed gently. Such a small detail but it made a big difference to the overall look.
