7 common questions
How much does birthday decoration at home cost in India?
Packages on 7eventzz start at ₹1,499. Most home birthday decoration setups fall between ₹1,499 and ₹5,000. Premium ring setups with LED name boards go up to ₹15,000. The price at booking is final.
Can I book same-day birthday decoration?
Yes, in most of our 90+ cities. Message us on WhatsApp with your city and slot and we will confirm availability. Weekend and midnight slots fill fastest.
Do you do midnight birthday surprise decoration?
Yes. Midnight setups are among our most booked slots. The team arrives before 12, works quietly, and finishes so the surprise stays intact.
How long does the birthday setup take?
Most home setups take 45 to 90 minutes. Larger themed and premium ring setups can take up to 2 hours.
Is professional balloon decoration better than DIY?
For most people, yes. DIY takes 2-3 hours of work and the result rarely photographs well. A professional finishes faster, arranges balloons with proper proportion and colour balance, and the package usually costs about the same as buying materials yourself.
Can you copy a decoration design from Instagram?
Usually yes. Send the screenshot on WhatsApp and we will confirm whether it works in your space and share the exact price before you book.
Which balloon decoration works best in a small room?
A single wall backdrop or ceiling balloons with hanging ribbons. Both need very little floor space and still make the room look fully decorated in photos.

Care Instructions

Care Instructions
Keep your décor looking great
General Care: Keep indoors: Balloons last longer in a controlled environment. Direct sun or wind can cause them to pop.
Avoid sharp objects: Keep balloons away from rough surfaces, nails, or pointed decorations.
Temperature matters: Heat expands balloons, and cold makes them shrink. Store them in a cool, dry place.
Normal Air Filled Balloons:
Longevity: Can last 2-7 days indoors but may shrink over time.
Avoid touching too much: Oils from hands can weaken balloons.
Outdoor Decorations:
Weather-sensitive: Sunlight, wind, and rain can cause balloons to deflate or burst.
Best for short events: Outdoor setups are ideal for events lasting a few hours.

I booked this decoration for my daughter's 5th birthday and honestly I was amazed. The balloons on the ceiling with hanging ribbons made the whole room look magical. She walked in and couldn't stop jumping with joy. The Happy Birthday foil letters were so shiny and bright. Totally worth every rupee.
The floor balloons were everywhere and the kids had such a blast running through them. It felt like a proper party from the moment we walked in. Combined with the ceiling balloons and ribbons, the whole hall was transformed. Super happy.
Honestly I was a little sceptical booking online but the results blew me away. Every single element — ceiling balloons with ribbons, floor balloons, and the foil letters — came together so beautifully. My little girl's birthday party felt like something from a dream. Everybody was asking who did the decoration.

Best birthday decoration I have seen in this price range. The foil letters sparkled under the lights, the ceiling ribbons swayed beautifully, and the floor balloons made it feel so complete. My son said it was the best birthday party ever. That's all the review I need to give
We did a surprise birthday for my wife and the team nailed everything. Ceiling balloons, floor balloons, and the foil letters — all perfectly arranged. She walked in and started crying happy tears. Could not have asked for a better decoration. Highly recommend this decoration.
The Happy Birthday foil letters looked so premium in the pictures. My mother-in-law kept complimenting how professional everything looked. The letters stayed up perfectly through the whole party. Very impressed with the quality.
The way they arranged the ceiling balloons was so professional. Not too crowded, not too sparse. The ribbons were the perfect length and the colours were vibrant. It gave the hall a proper birthday feel from the moment you stepped inside. Very satisfied.
I am not someone who usually writes reviews but this decoration genuinely moved me. My mother's 60th birthday felt so grand with the ceiling balloons, long hanging ribbons, floor balloons, and the shining foil letters. She said she felt like a queen. That made me so happy.
The ceiling balloons were so well done. The ribbons hung perfectly and gave such a celebration vibe. My son turned 8 and he said it looked like a cartoon world. The team set it up neatly and everything was clean. Very happy with the decoration.
Good communication throughout and the setup was totally worth it
