• Our balloon expert will come to your home at your chosen slot, and set up the balloons as shown in the images.

• You'll need to provide a stool to reach the ceiling.

• We can decorate a hotel room if you gain permission from the hotel.• If case of a complaint, notice must be given within 2 hours of the delivery time of the experience.

• No rescheduling or cancellation is possible after the decoration has been attempted.

• Balloons & Foil you can keep with you. But Neon Lights, Metal Stands and other costly items used in decoration are on rental basis and taken back next day of the event.

• General Care: Keep indoors: Balloons last longer in a controlled environment. Direct sun or wind can cause them to pop.

• Avoid sharp objects: Keep balloons away from rough surfaces, nails, or pointed decorations.

• Temperature matters: Heat expands balloons, and cold makes them shrink. Store them in a cool, dry place.

• Air-Filled Balloons:

• Longevity: Can last 2-7 days indoors but may shrink over time.

• Avoid touching too much: Oils from hands can weaken balloons.

• Outdoor Decorations:

• Weather-sensitive: Sunlight, wind, and rain can cause balloons to deflate or burst.

• Best for short events: Outdoor setups are ideal for events lasting a few hours.
