What is included

Name the hero when you book

Add it to the checkout notes. We hold Spider-Man props in the deepest stock, so that one is reliably same-day; Avengers and the less common characters are better booked two to three days ahead. If the child has a strong preference and we cannot source it, we would rather tell you at booking than surprise you on the morning.

Booking

Two to three hours for setup. Everything listed on the product page arrives with the decorator, setup is included, and the packaging is removed before they leave. Same-day slots are available on the Spider-Man packages when booked before noon.

Which hero can you do? Spider-Man is held in the deepest stock and is reliably same-day; Avengers and less common characters need two to three days. Can you mix heroes? Yes, though a single-character palette photographs tighter. Is the age foil included? On most packages, mounted on a balloon pillar. What ages? Four to ten - superhero theme decoration is one of the few that still works for a nine-year-old.

What to tell us at checkout

The hero, first and foremost, and a second choice in case the first cannot be sourced at short notice. Also tell us the child's age: we build the same superhero theme decoration quite differently for a five-year-old and a ten-year-old, with brighter primaries and character cutouts for the younger end and a darker comic-panel treatment for the older.
