A simple setup works best when the party is small and the room is under about 150 square feet. If you expect more than 15 to 20 guests, or the celebration is in a hall, move one budget band up so the decoration does not disappear in the space.

Same-Day Balloon Decoration - How Booking Works

Booking takes a few minutes. Choose a package, pick your date and time slot, and pay online. The decorator calls you a day before to confirm the address and access - which floor, whether there is a lift, and whether your building needs permission for vendors. On the day, they arrive with everything on the package list, set it up in 90 minutes to 3 hours, and take all the packaging away.

Same-day balloon decoration is available in most cities if you book before 12 noon. Two things need more time: printed backdrops take 48 hours because the panel is made to order, and specific cartoon character foils are not always in stock locally. If your party depends on one theme, book 3 to 4 days ahead to be safe.

Balloon Decoration Tips from Our Decorators

A few things our teams wish every customer knew before booking:

• Measure the wall before booking a ring backdrop. A 7x7 ft ring needs about 8 feet of clear wall and 3 feet of floor in front. In a compact flat, a wall arch often suits the room better and costs less.
• Pick coverage over props. At the same price, a setup that fills the whole wall photographs better than a smaller setup with more props. The camera sees the wall first.
• Add lighting if the party runs into the evening. Neon lettering or fairy lights change evening photos more than extra balloons do. Most parties run into the evening.
• Avoid outdoor setups in direct afternoon sun from March to June. Latex balloons expand and burst in that heat. Book indoors or after sunset in summer.
